Bean Salad

I'll also be taking this bean salad recipe from my friend in CWF. I decreased the olive oil to 1 TB and the vinegar to 1/3 cup or so.


Bean Salad
1 can kidney beans
1 can chick peas
1 can black beans
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 c. diagonally sliced celery
1/2 c. Splenda
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1/3 c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Combine ingredients. Marinate overnight.
Yield: about 5 cups
