Easy Chow Mein

Man, this was easy!!  Maybe we should call it Easy Easy Chow Mein!

Easy Chow Mein
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. instant brown rice
8 oz ground beef, 95ff
2 (28 oz) cans chop suey vegetables, rinsed & drained
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
2 tsp. beef bouillon granules

Bring water to boil in small saucepan; add rice. Meanwhile brown and drain ground beef. Add vegetables to skillet and heat through. Add teriyaki sauce, beef bouillon granules and cooked rice; combine.
Yield: 5 servings. Per serving (about 2 cups)=224 Calories; 1g Fat (7.6% calories from fat); 6g Protein; 24g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 12mg Cholesterol; 2171mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1 Grain(Starch); 0 Lean Meat; 1 1/2 Vegetable; 0 Fat; 1/2 Other Carbohydrates.
